Refund policy

1. Cancelling or changing a customised formula

Write to contact@mynutrilab.com as soon as possible, quoting the order number. Before manufacture has actually begun, MYNUTRILAB may, without being obliged to do so, accept a cancellation or a change. The request only takes effect once it has been confirmed in writing.

2. Withdrawing from the purchase of a standard Product

You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your decision. You do not have to give any reason. You may write to contact@mynutrilab.com, use the model form or use the electronic “Withdraw from contract here” function available on the site.

After notifying us, return the Product within 14 days to: 12 rue du Charme, 93240 Stains, France. The standard Product must be unopened, unused, complete and fitted with its intact protective seal where opening it prevents a return for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

The direct costs of return are payable by you where the return results from your decision. MYNUTRILAB bears them in the event of an error, damage, defect or non-conformity attributable to it. The refund covers the price of the Product and the cost of the initial standard delivery. It is made using the original means of payment at the latest 14 days after notification, but may be withheld until the Product has been recovered or proof of dispatch has been received.

3. Product defective, damaged or different from the order

Contact contact@mynutrilab.com stating the order number, the problem observed and, where helpful, photographs of the Product, the label, the batch and the parcel. Do not throw away the Product or the packaging before customer service has replied.

After verification, MYNUTRILAB implements the legal guarantee of conformity free of charge and within the time limits laid down by law. For a food supplement, the most appropriate solution will generally be replacement; a price reduction or a refund applies in the cases provided for by law.

4. Parcel damaged, incomplete, lost or uncollected

On receipt, photograph any visible anomaly and, if possible, record precise reservations with the carrier. Then contact MYNUTRILAB. The absence of a reservation does not deprive you of the legal guarantees. A parcel that is not collected, refused without legitimate reason or returned because of an incorrect address is not automatically a withdrawal. Re-dispatch may be subject to payment of the costs actually incurred. For a conforming customised formula, failure to collect gives rise to no right to a refund; for an eligible standard Product, withdrawal must be declared expressly.

5. Return address and procedure

• Use protective packaging and keep the proof of dispatch.
• Do not send a product presenting a particular hazard without first asking customer service for instructions.
