Never. Zero banned stimulants. Our only stim is anhydrous caffeine dosed between 0 and 200mg per portion (ANSES Opinion 2013-SA-0212 cap), depending on your tolerance (you choose "mild", "balanced" or "hardcore"). All our actives comply with French regulations (DGCCRF) and ANSES.

Yes to all three. 100% vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free. The flavourings are natural and the sweeteners used are sucralose and stevia (low dose). No artificial colourings.

At MyNutriLab, every active is capped in line with the regulations: caffeine ≤ 200 mg/portion (ANSES Opinion 2013-SA-0212 cap), creatine monohydrate ≤ 3 g/day (FR regulatory cap). Caffeinated formulas are not recommended for under-18s (ANSES recommendation), and the product is not recommended in cases of pregnancy, breastfeeding, heart conditions, hypertension or medical treatment. Yes. With MyNutriLab, caffeine is adjustable from 0 to 200 mg to match your tolerance — you can build a 100 % caffeine-free formula (ideal for evening sessions or if you are sensitive to it). The other actives (citrulline, beta-alanine, etc.) stay available. You choose to the milligram through the AI Coach or Expert mode.

Yes, a few precautions apply. The product is not recommended in cases of hypertension, heart conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or where you are on medical treatment (anticoagulants, MAOIs, beta-blockers, antidepressants, insulin). Caffeinated formulas are also not recommended for under-18s (ANSES recommendation). If in doubt, talk to your doctor before your first serving — we can supply the technical data sheets for every active on request through the contact form. If you are sensitive to caffeine, always start with our "Mild" intensity (caffeine capped at 100mg).

None of the 14 major EU declarable allergens (INCO Regulation 1169/2011 Annex II): no gluten, no lactose, no egg, no soy, no peanuts, no tree nuts, no fish, no crustaceans, no sesame, no sulphites, no lupin, no mustard, no celery, no molluscs. If you have a rare allergy or a strict protocol (patch test, anaphylaxis), write to us through the contact form with the component that worries you — we will confirm batch by batch.

100% plant-based composition (officially vegan) → compatible with a halal diet by default. No ingredient of animal origin, no alcohol in the flavourings, no controversial additives. For official halal certification (AVS, A Votre Service, Halal France…): not available at launch yet — it is on the 2026 roadmap. In the meantime, the vegan compliance + the full analysis on request let you check for yourself.

Compatible with stable type 2 diabetes: zero added sugar, sucralose (E955) + stevia sweeteners that do not affect blood sugar. Energy content < 5 kcal/serving. If you are insulin-dependent (T1 or T2 on insulin): check with your doctor or endocrinologist first — caffeine can modulate insulin sensitivity. Monitor your blood sugar over the first few servings. For type 1 diabetes, we recommend the caffeine-free version + a gradual dose.

Our AI Coach asks you a few quick questions (weight, sport, frequency, caffeine tolerance, etc.) and prepares a formula suited to your profile. If you would rather choose yourself, the builder points you towards Starter / Standard / Pro in a few clicks, depending on your level.

20 to 30 minutes before training. Mix one serving in 250-300ml of cold water. Avoid taking it after 5 pm if you are on a caffeinated dose (risk of insomnia).

Yes, on training days. For caffeine, we recommend 1-2 days OFF a week to avoid building tolerance. Actives such as beta-alanine and creatine are taken continuously (cumulative effects after 4-6 weeks).

You receive your tub automatically every 30 days. −10 % for life on the price, and you can change, pause or cancel in 1 click from your account. Delivery charges are the same as on any order : free from 49 € to a pickup point, from 110 € to your home.

Log in to your account at /account, "Subscriptions" tab. You can pause or cancel in 1 click — no commitment, no notice period. You also get a reminder email 3 days before every renewal so you can adjust before you are charged.

Yes, at any time from your account area. You can also go back to the AI Coach to recalibrate your formula as things change (new sport, weight gain or loss, a different goal).

Your formula is made to measure to your own specifications: under art. L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, personalised products do not give a right to the 14-day cooling-off period. However, if your product arrives faulty, damaged or not matching your order, we replace it or refund it in full at our expense (see the next question).

Get in touch through the contact form with your order number and a photo of the product. We will send you a new, conforming tub as a priority, at our expense (made within 2 to 3 working days). No product return required.

If the carrier loses it (tracking stuck >10 days), write to us through the contact form. We open an investigation with the carrier and resend your order as soon as the loss is confirmed.
