Personalised formulas (made to your own specifications, art. L.221-28 3°) do not give a right to the 14-day cooling-off period. Standard formulas are in principle covered by a 14-day cooling-off period, provided the tub is unopened, unused and the seal intact. In every case, if your product is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we replace it or refund it at our expense. Reply within 24-48h.
