Your football pre-workout, built around you
Your Football formula.
Football is 90 min of repeated effort and concentration. Your formula is calibrated to your profile by the AI Coach — to the milligram, not one single dose for everybody.
The Football formula
4 clinical actives selected for the specific demands of football. Dosages adjustable to your profile.
Caffeine 200 mg
Caffeine, 200 mg — the benchmark stimulant.
Beta-alanine 4 g
Beta-alanine, 4 g — within the range used in the scientific literature (3,2 to 6,4 g/day).
Creatine monohydrate 3 g
Creatine monohydrate, 3 g — physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (EFSA claim).
L-Tyrosine 500 mg
L-tyrosine, 500 mg — an amino acid, precursor of the catecholamines.
Why MNL for Football
Suited to everyone from recreational level to competition.
This Football pre-workout, in detail
Football is 90 min of intermittent effort — accelerations, duels, getting back into position — with a heavy concentration component. Your formula relies on calibrated caffeine (dosed to your tolerance), beta-alanine (4 g) and L-tyrosine (500 mg). The AI Coach adjusts every dose to your position, your build and your tolerance.
What football asks of your formula
Football is around 90 min of intermittent effort: walking phases broken up by sprints, duels and changes of direction, with a level of concentration that never really drops. Your formula relies on caffeine calibrated to your tolerance (ANSES cap 200 mg), beta-alanine (4 g) and L-tyrosine (500 mg), presented factually. The AI Coach adjusts every dose to your position, your build and your kick-off time rather than serving one identical formula to a whole changing room.
The science behind your actives
For football as for any demanding training, here is what the scientific literature says about the main actives you can build into your formula:
- Caffeine — the benchmark stimulant; you dose it to your tolerance, within the ANSES safety limit (200 mg per intake, 400 mg a day for an adult). Half-life of 5 to 6 h: best avoided late in the day.
- Beta-alanine — increases muscle carnosine, a natural buffer against acidity (H⁺ ions) on repeated intense efforts. Dose and use in line with the position stand of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN, Trexler et al., 2015); cumulative effect over 2 to 4 weeks, mild tingling (paraesthesia).
- Citrulline — an amino acid, precursor of L-arginine, which is involved in the nitric oxide pathway; studied range of 6 to 8 g. Presented factually.
- L-tyrosine — an amino acid, precursor of the catecholamines (dopamine, noradrenaline); studied range of 1 to 2 g — the dose in our formulas goes up to 1 g per serving. Presented factually.
- Creatine (optional) — the only authorised health claim here: “creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise” (EFSA, EU Regulation no. 432/2012), from 3 g a day.
Sources: EFSA (Regulation 432/2012), ANSES, ISSN position stands. The actives with no authorised health claim are presented factually, with no promise of a quantified result.
