The personalised pre-workout, explained simply
A personalised pre-workout is a pre-session formula put together for one athlete — not for a market. At MyNutriLab, every formula is made by hand, tub by tub, dosed to the milligram and made to order, from 11 documented actives: caffeine, L-theanine, L-tyrosine, citrulline, glycerol, Himalayan pink salt, beta-alanine, taurine, creatine, electrolytes and piperine. You choose the dose of each active to the milligram, the label shows everything, and the regulatory caps are locked into the builder: caffeine 200 mg maximum per portion (the ANSES benchmark).

On the science, we cite the studies and we invent nothing. Creatine is the only active in the catalogue to carry an authorised European claim: from 3 g a day, it increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise (EU Reg 432/2012).
