1. Delivery methods and areas served
MYNUTRILAB currently delivers to:
- Mainland France (including Corsica): pickup point, home delivery or express delivery, depending on the options available at the time of the order.
- European Union (27 countries, including Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Germany, Portugal and the Netherlands): standard international delivery.
- International: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, United Arab Emirates and Malaysia.
The French overseas departments and territories are not served at present.
2. Carrier, charges and delivery times
Charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Current rates:
- Mondial Relay pickup point (France): 5,95 € — free from 49 € incl. VAT; indicative transit time: 2 to 4 working days.
- Mondial Relay home delivery (France): 8,95 € — free from 110 € incl. VAT; indicative transit time: 2 to 4 working days.
- Express (France): 14,95 € — free from 150 € incl. VAT; indicative transit time: 1 to 2 working days.
- European Union: 22,00 €; indicative transit time: 5 to 9 working days.
- International: 29,00 €; indicative transit time: 7 to 14 working days.
The carrier, the transit time and the total cost are displayed before payment and repeated in the order confirmation. This pre-contractual information prevails over any general indication. MYNUTRILAB may use an equivalent carrier at no additional cost, provided that the chosen delivery method and the contractual time frame are complied with.
For destinations outside the European Union (including Switzerland), customs charges and local taxes may apply on receipt and remain payable by the recipient.
3. Order preparation
Each tub is weighed and assembled to order. Orders are dispatched within two to three working days of payment being validated; any order placed before 2 p.m. enters manufacture the same day, and after 2 p.m. on the following working day. Customised Products are manufactured after payment; the preparation time includes manufacture and checks. The additional transit time is displayed at checkout. Where no time frame is stated, the order is delivered without undue delay and at the latest thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Checking your details
Before paying, the Customer must check the recipient’s name, the address, the postcode, the town, the telephone number, the e-mail address and, where applicable, the pickup point. A change made after preparation has begun or after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Costs actually incurred as a result of an error attributable to the Customer may be charged to them after they have been informed.
5. Home delivery
If no one is present, the carrier may make a further delivery attempt, request instructions or leave the parcel at a pickup point. Unless a specific option has been purchased, no precise time slot is guaranteed. The Customer must follow the carrier’s information and allow access to the delivery location.
6. Delivery to a pickup point
The Customer collects the parcel within the time limit set by the carrier, with the supporting documents or codes requested. If the chosen point is closed, full or unavailable, the carrier may offer or assign another pickup point. The Customer is advised to check the tracking, even if they do not receive a notification.
7. Uncollected, refused or returned parcels
Failure to collect, unjustified refusal or a return connected with an incorrect address does not automatically constitute a withdrawal. Where the parcel comes back to MYNUTRILAB, the Customer is contacted. A further dispatch may be conditional on payment of the actual return and re-dispatch costs, save where the error lies with MYNUTRILAB or the carrier.
For a conforming customised Product, no refund is due merely because the parcel was not collected or was refused. For an eligible standard Product, the Customer may expressly exercise their right of withdrawal; the Returns Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale then apply.
8. Tracking and proof of delivery
The tracking link is sent where it is available. Delivery scans, signatures, collection codes and carrier confirmations may constitute items of evidence, subject to any evidence to the contrary.
9. Delayed, lost, damaged or incomplete parcels
Contact contact@mynutrilab.com as soon as possible, ideally within forty-eight hours of noticing the problem. Keep the Product, the packaging and the label, and take photographs. This recommendation makes the investigation easier and does not reduce your legal guarantees. Recording a reservation with the carrier is useful but is not a condition for your claim being handled.
10. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage passes when the Customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the parcel. MYNUTRILAB remains responsible for the carrier it has offered up until that delivery, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.
11. Delays and external events
In the event of a delay, the Customer has the rights provided for by the Code de la consommation. A strike, bad weather, logistical saturation or a network incident is not automatically a case of force majeure. MYNUTRILAB may only be released from liability under the conditions provided for by law.
12. Storage after delivery
After delivery, store the Product in accordance with its label, away from heat, moisture and any contamination. MYNUTRILAB is not liable for deterioration resulting from storage or use contrary to the instructions, subject to the legal guarantees.
